Your directory submissions must comply with the “acceptable use” and “submissions” provisions below.

If we accept your submission then, it will remain published on our website indefinitely / for a period of one year / for the relevant period set out on our website in relation to the charges you have paid, subject to termination or deletion in accordance with these terms of use.

(5) You hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SgMoneyLoans, and all its officers, directors, agents, employees, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees from and against any and all liabilities, claims, penalties, losses, damages, cost and expense (including court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees, interest expense and amounts paid in compromise or settlement), suits or actions arising out of or resulting from any breach by you of this Agreement, including the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. SgMoneyLoans reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of the Company

(7) In these terms of use, “your submissions” means all material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to our website directory, or that you submit to our website using any other website feature. Your submissions must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or us or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).

(8) SgMoneyLoans, at its sole discretion, may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Website at any time, including the availability of any Web Site feature, database or Content. (c) we discontinue the directory service;

we will refund to you such portion of your payment as we determine to be reasonable / such portion of your payment as related to any period after the discontinuance of the directory service.

Save as provided in this Section 9, you will not be entitled to any refund upon the discontinuance of our directory services.

(10)You acknowledge that:

(a) we do not confirm the identity of companies and persons listed in our directory, check their credit worthiness or bona fides, or otherwise vet them;

(b) we do not systematically check, audit or monitor the information contained in the directory;

(c) we are not party to any contract for the sale or purchase of goods or services entered into with any company or person in our directory; and

(d) we are not the agents for any company or person in our directory.

(11) SGMONEYLOANS, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, SOFTWARE, FUNCTIONS, MATERIALS AND INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE ON OR ACCESSED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. YOU HEREBY AGREE AND CONSENT THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE AN APPROPRIATE STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE.

(13) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Sgmoneyloans and you with respect to your use of and access to the Website. This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Sgmoneyloans with respect to the Website. Use of the Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of and access to the Website must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give legal effect to the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement or the Website to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records generated and maintained in printed form by Sgmoneyloans. The failure of Sgmoneyloans to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor bar the Company’s right to enforce the provision.
